Federal law requires that new employees present original, unexpired documentation to verify employment eligibility in the U.S. within three business days of their first day of work for pay.

Section 1 of your Form I-9 process is complete. To complete Section 2, you will be required to present original, unexpired documentation to our Authorized Agent. Only you, the employee, can determine which document to present for verification. For a list of acceptable documentation, click Here.

To expedite the Section 2 process, please choose which documents you intend to bring with you when you meet with your Authorized Agent.

IMPORTANT:

List A documents are restricted to the citizenship status you selected in Section 1. If you do not see the document you would like to present, you may have selected the wrong citizenship status. Please contact the number at the bottom of the screen to reenter your Section 1 information.

Choose your I-9 Documentation

If your documentation is available, please upload a clear, legible copy of your documentation to make completing your Form I-9 Section 2 faster and easier. You may postpone this step until you meet with your chosen completer, who you will choose on the next screen to complete your Section 2 of the Form I-9. No matter which option you choose, you must bring original acceptable documentation with you when you meet your chosen completer in person to complete your Section 2 of the Form I-9.

You must provide original and unexpired documentation to verify that you are eligible to work in the U.S. You can choose any of the documents, or combination of documents, found by clicking here.

NOTE: List A documents match the citizenship status you chose in Section 1. If you do not see the document you wish to provide, you may have selected the incorrect citizenship status. Please contact the number at the bottom of the screen to reenter the correct information in Section 1.
